Service Introduction
DHL-Sinotrans was established in 1986 by DHL and China Foreign Trade and Transportation Corporation. It is the earliest and most experienced international air express company in China. DHL's service network covers more than 220 countries and regions around the world, international air express services cover 401 major cities, and domestic air express services can reach 128 major cities, providing customers with delivery and logistics services of documents, parcels and goods both internationally and domestically.
Channel advantage
From Monday to Thursday, documents, parcels or goods from large and medium-sized cities (non-remote areas) in Southeast Asian countries (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines) can be delivered the next day under normal circumstances.
Weight and size restrictions
Weight: Single piece does not exceed 70KG
Volume: The longest side of a single piece does not exceed 120CM
Billing standard
Compare the volumetric weight of the goods with the actual weight, whichever is greater; the calculation formula of volumetric weight: length (cm) X width (cm) X height (cm)/5000.
Additional fee
1. Fuel surcharge: A 23% fuel surcharge will be charged for this service item (the fuel surcharge rate is adjusted monthly, please refer to the DHL online announcement).
2. Surcharge in remote areas: For express shipments to remote areas, a surcharge in remote areas will be charged. The charging standard is RMB 3 yuan/kg, and the minimum charge is RMB 150/ticket. This surcharge is subject to a fuel surcharge; your company You can check the remote areas by yourself. Our company checks the remote areas based on the DHL bill, which is valid within 3 months.
3. Non-standard cargo surcharge: If the length of any side of a single piece exceeds 120CM or the actual weight of a single piece exceeds 70KG, a non-standard cargo surcharge of RMB 250 per ticket will be added, and this surcharge will be subject to a fuel surcharge.
4. Change of address fee: If the express has been delivered to DHL and the address needs to be changed, an additional RMB 30 will be charged
